Asteroid Dice: The giant throw & collide squishy dice game!

We have finally recovered from our time at Essen Spiel, showing off different dice samples and demoing our next Kickstarter game Shape Invaders.

It was brilliant to meet some Asteroid Dice backers, thank you so much for your continued support.  Based on unanimous feedback, we have finalised the squishiness of the dice! Also we are adjusting the numbers on the dice so they stand out as much as possible.

We are currently setting quality control standards before we kick off Asteroid Dice production to make sure everything is just right. 

We've added a sneak peak of the pin and patch stretch goals, which we think are looking pretty cool!

Once production starts,  we'll be shipping about 4 weeks later hopefully in November.

By the way, if any backer hasn't managed to download the alpha version of the Shape Invaders App yet,  just let us know and we can get that set up :)

Manufacturing Update + Essen Spiel News!

Thank you so much for completing your orders through Pledge Manager.  We've had a great response so far, and if you haven't managed to finalise your order yet, there's still time!

Over past few weeks we've been busy perfecting the tooling for the dice moulds - getting the look, feel  & bounce of the dice just right.  We thought you might like to see what the dice moulds looks like! This has taken a little longer that planned but it's important that we get it right!   

We're expecting to have final product samples in the next few weeks, and then once approved it will be full steam ahead into production in October.  We're on track for the delivery of first orders in November, which is really exciting!

We are also very excited to be at Essen Spiel in the next couple of weeks, demoing Shape Invaders, our next game coming to Kickstarter in 2024, so if you're around, please drop by and enter one of our Shape Invaders Spiel Tournaments! We'll be at stand 5N125, just look for the giant pink tent!

After a week of voting the results are in... and we have a winner! Patch number 3 crushed the competition and secured its place in the Kickstarter thank-you packs!

We've had some exciting deliveries at Camden Games! Samples of our patches have arrived, and we'd like you to decide which one to include in the stretch goals coming to those who backed at a Kickstarter level or above!

Let us know by writing the number of the patch you'd like to see included in the comments below.

We've also had new samples of the dice - we corrected an issue with having numbers on the wrong sides and have got new d4 and percentile dice! The team has tried out a few different firmnesses of dice and concluded that squishier is better, so these updated samples are our softest dice yet.

That's right! The pledge manager has officially opened, so check your emails. They will direct you to BackerKit where you can confirm your order and make any adjustments, as well as enter the address you would like the product shipped to. 

We are pleased to inform you that shipping will remain at a flat rate for each zone, no matter how many items you add. We have lowered shipping rates for some European countries, as well as some countries in Asia too!

We also wish to update backers that the Fireball Dice will come with an exclusive giant red bag (as opposed to the black bag pictured on the main page) - and will include all the features of the bag stretch goal upgrade! :)
